Last Thursday, the D-E Parents’ Association hosted a “Welcome Back to School” Barbecue on Leggett Field that drew a strong turnout and high engagement from across the D-E community! This year’s event included a bubble artist performance, a firetruck to explore on campus, a scavenger hunt, an interactive DJ, inflatable slides, yard games, a photo booth, as well as hot dogs, sandwiches, and cool treats. Ace the Bulldog, our D-E mascot, even made a special appearance. Many thanks to the PA for bringing our community together and helping to set the tone for another wonderful school year!
