We had a splendid time at this past week’s Lower School Assembly (Sing-Along Edition)! Students from Preschool 3 to 4th Grade showcased a few songs that they’ve learned over this year. Preschool 3 and 4 sang Ella Jenkins’ “You’ll Sing a Song.” Kindergarten did a rendition of Carol King’s “I Feel the Earth Move,” while 1st Grade and 2nd Grade did “Little Blue” and “If I Knew You Were Comin’, I’d’ve Baked a Cake,” respectively. Finally, 3rd and 4th Grade ended the afternoon with “I Am a Fine Musician,” and “Shake the Papaya Tree.” You just had to be there to witness the magic.
